Job Description
Provide leadership and oversight for assigned construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including preconstruction planning, execution, and closeout.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to align resources, schedules, and methods for successful delivery.
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans covering scope, procurement, scheduling, quality, safety, and risk management.
+ Oversee contract administration, change orders, and cost control processes to maintain profitability.
+ Prepare and review monthly progress reports, cost projections, and billing to ensure positive cash flow.
