About the Group
This group are a well known national Tier 2 new build commercial builder, that has been in operation for over 20 years. They predominately deliver commercial office, apartment/BTR and retail projects up to $200 mil. They have a $150 mil mixed use retail project project and need a Senior Project Manager to deliver the project. 

About the Role
Reporting to a Construction Manager you will be responsible le for the following

• Management of construction program.
• Management of client and PCG meetings.
• Prepare monthly financial cost reports to the Directors.
• Design Management and consultant management.
• Management of project team consisting of site staff and contract administrator's.
