Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Prepare cost estimates and Review Schedule of Rates and build up Star Rates.
- Compile six monthly cost information.
- Conduct site study and condition survey.
- Verify progress payments and final accounts.
- Evaluate and verify contractor’s final claim of final payment / VOs.
- Prepare variation orders including taking-off quantities and site measurements.
- Prepare and call term contracts tenders.
- Prepare and secure tenders for QS consultancy services.
- Other duties / special assignment as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications - Possess qualifications from PSPC-recognized QS-related degrees in the discipline of Quantity Surveying, Building, Project & Facilities Management or other equivalent recognised qualifications
