The Waipā District is one of the fastest growing districts in New Zealand. It is anticipated that by 2050 an additional 25,000 people will be calling Waipā home. To prepare for this growth, we have over $180 million worth of Three Waters, Transportation, and Community Services infrastructure projects to deliver over the next three years, including significant new infrastructure to service urban growth cells, multimodal transportation improvements, recreational cycleways, active reserves, and renewals.

Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our Project Delivery team; someone who can hit the ground running and manage a range of complex projects across the entire project management lifecycle. Our successful candidate will work alongside a team of Project Engineers and work closely with Programme Managers committed to delivering for our communities.

Ideally, our successful candidate will have:
