Position Overview
Job Description - Review, interpret, and coordinate project drawings, specifications, and design requirements, highlighting any discrepancies and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
- Prepare and monitor project schedules to align with the Project Master Schedule
- Identify and report potential issues affecting project timelines, cost, or quality to the Construction Manager / Project Manager
- Prepare and submit Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Procedures for site activities
- Plan and propose temporary works, site logistics, utilities, materials, manpower, and equipment requirements
- Coordinate with design teams on technical and site-related matters
- Attend design meetings, weekly progress meetings, and internal coordination meetings with subcontractors and suppliers
