Responsibilities

• Preparing technical documentation and project submission for new lift /escalator.
  • Submission of shop drawing, until get the approvals.
  • Submission of finishes, until get the approvals.
  • Submission of work program based on the contract requirement, follow up until get approval.
  • Request MNL based on the above.
• Resourcing on the sub-contractors and local supplier.
  • Based on contract offer, request sub-contractors /suppliers to make sure all the appointment is done as early as possible.
  • In charge to get quotation, negotiation and issue the Purchase Requisition (PR) for local and overseas suppliers.
• Site supervision process:
  • Accountable for delivery of the installation project.
  • Responsible for securing efficient management of environmental aspects of the installation (waste handling, hazardous material, minimization of travel). <...
