Power Your Future with Qualus in our T&D Canada business as a Senior Project Administrator. Reporting into the Project Controls Manager, this position will be based in our Vancouver BC office on a hybrid schedule. This role provides high-level administrative and project coordination support to transmission and distribution projects for multiple clients. The successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in supporting complex engineering and construction projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple concurrent projects, from project setup through close‑out
• Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, logs, registers, and templates, ensuring accuracy and version control
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record and distribute meeting minutes, and track action items
