As a Senior Programme Officer within the Workforce Supply. Employment Practice and Regulation team you will:

·  Support delivery plans and programme reporting, working collaboratively to deliver agreed outcomes on time.

·  Analyse intelligence, trends and research to inform NHS strategic decision-making.

·  Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships, using collaboration and engagement to shape programme delivery and represent the employer perspective.

·  Manage networks and resources that support the work programme, promoting good practice and helping address key challenges.

·  Support programme evaluation, using feedback to adapt delivery to commissioner and employer needs.
