Role Overview

The Senior Programme Manager (SPM) provides strategic and operational leadership for the Youth & Counselling Department, ensuring quality, evidence-based service delivery aligned with the organisation’s mission and regulatory standards.

The SPM functions as second-in-command to the Executive Director (ED), providing leadership continuity in ED’s absence and contributing to corporate governance, impact evaluation, and organisational strategy. This is a senior leadership role combining programme and team management, stakeholder engagement, and corporate oversight.
