Responsibilities

• Takes the lead to develop, implement and evaluate strategies for fund‑raising for extrabudgetary resources for technical cooperation projects and activities implemented by ECLAC, including the identification, contacting, and negotiation of formal agreements with prospective donors, formulation of project proposals and their submission to donors, and initiating administrative actions for the receipt of the resources.
