We’re seeking a sharp, strategic Senior Program Manager to architect the sales motion for agency Upfronts—driving clarity, scale, and impact across teams.

* Partner with the Head of Agency Upfronts to elevate the sales strategy, messaging, and operational excellence of the Upfront program across the Agency team and broader sales organization.
* Design and orchestrate all components necessary for successful agency sales engagements, including defining objectives, scope, and performance tracking mechanisms.
* Equip sales teams and managers so they can operate more efficiently and strategically at every stage of the Upfront process.
