Senior / Program Manager, Freedom in Practice

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Program Manager to oversee our Freedom in Practice grant portfolio, develop new funding initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, monitor grantees and represent the foundation at events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Removal of Barriers & Free Speech funding areas in collaboration with the Managing Director.
• Support grant selection and due diligence for grant applications; prepare content and presentations for board meetings.
• Manage an approved grant portfolio (≈15–20 grants) throughout award periods, providing oversight and administrative support.
