About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst to support the Synthetic Prime platform. You will act as a key point of contact for the business, ensuring platform stability, managing incidents, and driving continuous improvement across production systems.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Incident Management

  • Provide L2 production support for Synthetic Prime and related applications
  • Lead incident triage, prioritization, escalation, and resolution
  • Own problem management including root cause analysis and remediation
  • Communicate incidents, risks, and outages clearly to stakeholders

    • Application Stability & Monitoring

  • Monitor system health and proactively prevent production issues
  • Improve application performance and resiliency
  • Troubleshoot application, system, and data integrity issues
