Design Phase: Responsible to design production layouts and processes with the purpose of increasing productivity, eliminating wastefulness, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. Responsible to design detail layout of facilities, using suitable CAD software, determining capital and auxiliary equipment as well as system and personnel requirements both white and blue collar. Responsible to implement cost control, labour, equipment and materials, system to capture production costs. Provide training to production staff on new processes and systems.
