The Remediation Design & Delivery Product Owner will play a pivotal role in guiding squads on the design and delivery of the end-to-end remediation experience in line with the squad’s mission, balancing customer and colleague experience, financial crime risk appetite, solution feasibility and timelines to ensure we design and implement remediation strategies that enable us to meet our regulator commitments.
