About the role
Key responsibilities:
Set clear direction and priorities for the Product Team, aligning work to client outcomes, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Provide direction, clarity, and people leadership for the Product Managers and Product Specialists to drive delivery of Product related research, reviews and change initiatives. Oversee delivery and performance, including coaching, monitoring risks and issues, and ensuring disciplined product development and change delivery through PDARF. Lead a continuous review of product performance across he product lifecycle to ensure fair client outcomes and optimal product performance.
