We own critical moments across the customer journey; from first touch and activation to expansion and long-term success. The work we do includes identifying high-impact opportunities, running experiments, and building experiences that measurably improve activation, engagement, and retention.

This role follows a hybrid working model in our New York City office, or can be performed remotely in the United States.
