Oyster® is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead and inspire a distributed team of Product Designers and UX Researchers. This position is fully remote but requires candidates to be within +2/-6 UTC.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in product or UX design, a strong portfolio in data-heavy environments, and a proven record in team leadership. Key responsibilities include driving the adoption of AI tools and maintaining high UX standards in a compliance-heavy setting.
