Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead procurement and sourcing of electrical cables, wires and related products for project and stock requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cable manufacturers and suppliers across UAE and GCC.
- Conduct technical and commercial evaluations, negotiate pricing, contracts and delivery schedules.
- Monitor cable market trends and raw material prices (copper, aluminum) and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Ensure timely procurement compliance with project specifications and maintain uninterrupted supply chain operations.
Qualifications - 5–10 years of procurement experience in electrical cables, wires and cable accessories.
- Proven experience in Electrical Trading, EPC, Manufacturing or Infrastructure sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of LV / MV / HV cables and international standards (IEC, BS, ASTM).
