**Key Accountabilities**
**1)** **Shaving** **Procurement Strategy & Governance**
+ Own and maintain the integrated procurement strategy for Shaving, translating business priorities into a clear procurement roadmap (targets, initiatives, milestones, and dependencies).
+ Act as the single point of contact for Shaving leadership on procurement topics (strategy, performance, risks, supplier matters, escalations).
+ Establish and run a structured governance cadence (monthly performance review, quarterly strategy refresh) with transparent reporting on KPIs, savings funnel, pipeline progress, and risk mitigation.
+ Drive alignment across Procurement, Category teams and the Shaving business category on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery commitments.
**2) Procurement Engineering Value Delivery (Product Lifecycle)**
+ Lead end-to-end procurement engineering engagement across New Product Introductions (NPI), sustaining engineering, and cost-down programs for Shaving.
