Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Integration expert to lead the development and optimization of Indium Phosphide (InP)-based Edge Emitting Lasers (EELs). This is a critical role bridging design and high-volume manufacturing, ensuring cutting-edge optoelectronic devices achieve world-class yield, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Own and drive the end-to-end process integration for InP-based EELs (FP, DFB, DBR), from development through high-volume manufacturing Enhance yield, reliability, and electro-optical performance using SPC, DOE, and data-driven optimization techniques Diagnose and resolve process integration challenges across multiple fabrication modules Partner with Epitaxy (MOCVD) and Design teams to ensure robust regrowth interfaces and seamless design-to-fab execution Lead and oversee critical fabrication processes including etching (ICP/RIE), dielectric deposition (PECVD/ALD), and metallization Drive failure analysis and root cause investigations ...
