Position Overview
Primary Duties & Responsibilities - Leverage expertise in cleaning processes and materials to systematically troubleshoot and resolve process and manufacturing challenges.
- Identify and correlate process and equipment variables with defects or failures, implementing sustainable, long‑term preventive measures.
- Generate innovative and practical ideas for process optimization and product improvement.
- Achieve and exceed process yield targets set at the start of each financial year.
- Enhance manufacturing yields, operational efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Support new product introduction and process transfer, including process flow definition, tooling design, and documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimise production performance.
- Utilise engineering tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to ana...
