**Overview**

As the Senior Principal, Product Management, you will set the vision and lead a transformative initiative to centralize Epsilon’s corporate data into a single source of strategic insight. You will own the product strategy for CIP and will rally cross-functional support to turn siloed data into enterprise intelligence. You’ll lead a small product team (including product managers and analysts) and work across Finance, Sales, Product, Operations, and IT to deliver a platform that empowers data-driven decisions at all levels. This high-impact leadership role demands both strategic foresight and hands-on execution. You will ensure CIP continuously delivers value, champion a data-driven culture, and position the platform as a trusted, indispensable tool for Epsilon’s business leaders.
