Senior Portfolio Manager, Power Electronics. Location: Helsinki, Lappeenranta, Tampere, or Vaasa, Finland. Employment Type: Full Time. Hybrid work location. Travel: up to 25% in Europe to engage with customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the full product lifecycle for divisional PE products, from concept to end‑of‑life.
• Drive market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to shape product direction.
• Define product line strategy, roadmaps, and pricing aligned with market trends and divisional goals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally (R&D, PMO, sales, marketing, supply chain, operations) to deliver products on time and within budget.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements while benchmarking competitors and crafting strong value propositions.
