Position Overview Manager, PMO Analysis & Reporting reporting to Senior Director, Portfolio Management. Responsible for developing and maintaining analytical, governance, and reporting capabilities of the Portfolio Management Office within the Office of the COO.
Key Responsibilities Reporting & Analytics - Design and maintain portfolio-level dashboards and performance reports for the COO and departmental leadership
- Define and track KPIs and performance indicators for schedule, scope, risk, and delivery health
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and insightfulness of data used in management reporting
- Provide analytical input to quarterly and annual reviews
PMO Governance & Methodology - Develop, maintain, and enhance project and program management methodologies, standards, templates, and toolkits
