Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Technology Services, the Senior Platform Engineer supports, maintains, and improves our hybrid enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role requires advanced expertise in Windows Server, Linux (Red Hill preferred), networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, hybrid identity, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure security.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, maintain, and improve the reliability of enterprise infrastructure across on-premises (datacenters and offices) and cloud environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux systems, with preference for Red Hill Enterprise Linux.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues across systems, networking, virtualization, identity, and cloud platforms.
