Shafa Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our prestigious project in Ethiopia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and control for large-scale infrastructure projects. Offshore and onshore, residential, commercial, and fit‑out projects in GCC or international markets.

• Develop and maintain baseline project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project.
• Prepare detailed work programs, resource allocation plans and progress monitoring reports.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants and subcontractors to align with project deliverables.
• Implement cost control, budgeting and forecasting measures.
