To independently lead and manage planning, scheduling, and cost control activities for EPC tenders and projects, including development of schedules, cost baselines, and progress tracking, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, and project financial objectives. Develop integrated project schedules aligned with execution strategy including S‑Curves, histograms and manpower deployment schedules. Lead and manage planning and cost engineering input for EPC tender. Develop and manage project cost baseline aligned with WBS. Contribute to cost estimation through schedule‑driven resource planning and execution strategy definition.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10–15 years EPC experience in Oil & Gas projects. Proven experience in both planning and cost control functions. Strong experience with Primavera P6. Experience working independently on EPC tenders and/or projects.
