Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1. Process Development and Optimization

• Develop, document, and implement manufacturing processes for laser modules, optical assemblies, and related sub-systems.
• Define critical process parameters for optical alignment, bonding, soldering, and laser cavity assembly.
• Conduct DOE and SPC to optimize yield and minimize process variability.
• Translate R&D prototypes into robust, repeatable production processes.

2. Production Support

• Provide hands‑on technical support to production teams for troubleshooting yield issues, process deviations, and equipment downtime.
• Implement root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for production failures using DMAIC, FMEA, and Ishikawa tools.
• Support daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and performance targets.
