Job Description:
The Phlebotomist II serves as a primary point of contact for patients and is responsible for collecting quality blood specimens and preparing them for laboratory testing while following established procedures. This role requires direct patient interaction, a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and patient comfort. The Phlebotomist II may be assigned to a patient service center, physician office, or other locations based on business needs. Requirement/Must Have: Ability to provide accurate and error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
