Position Overview
Job Description: Requirement/Must Have:
Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric collections. Flexible availability based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if applicable. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting. Strong customer focus and professional communication skills. Experience: Phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
