Job Responsibilities协助管理层处理日常行政及个人事务,并依据《高级私人事务管理清单》系统化执行各项事务。
负责行程、会议及时间安排,建立并维护标准化出行与会议流程。
处理邮件、文件及日常沟通协调,确保信息流转有序、及时。
协助安排会议、出行及事项跟进,并建立事务跟踪与反馈机制。
完成其他临时交办事项。
