About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Performance Video Editor & Ad Designer who lives and breathes direct-response marketing. Your mission is: conduct deep ad research, take raw assets, UGC, AI generations, and product footage, and engineer them from scratch into high-converting Meta Ads. You are not just a task executor; you are a creative scientist, you are able to make psychologically engaging, scroll-stopping ads that drive immediate revenue. You will work closely with our creative strategists to research, create, analyze, iterate, and launch high volumes of winning creatives based on hard data.
