Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this position will work closely with People & Culture, Finance and operational leaders, providing expertise across governance, reporting, and operational processes while ensuring compliance with NewZealand legislation. The role will define best practice and lead the implementation of change across payroll processes as required.
