Position Overview
Responsibilities: Payroll & Benefits Administration Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including document verification, CPF and statutory submissions (e.g., leave claims, IR21, NS claims), and payroll report reconciliation for audit purposes.
Administer employee benefits programs (medical, insurance) and liaise with insurers and vendors on renewals and employee inquiries.
Support income tax submissions (IR8A) and coordinate with auditors on payroll-related matters.
Address employee queries and resolve payroll and benefits issues.
HRIS Maintain HRIS (Workday) and ensure data integrity, timeliness, and accurate HR analytics reporting.
Lead system enhancements, process improvements, and rollout of new HRIS processes.
Perform troubleshooting, liaise with Workday Support on issue resolution, and advise HR team on system queries.
Drive automation initiatives and support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
