Summary: The Payroll Sr Analyst is responsible for executing, analyzing, and supporting payroll processes of medium to high complexity. This role serves as a functional escalation point, ensuring the correct application of policies, internal controls, and regulations, as well as resolving issues that require technical analysis and specialized judgment.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Execute and support end-to-end payroll processes.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to payments, deductions, taxes, benefits, and special adjustments.
- Review and validate payroll calculations, retroactive payments, off-cycle payrolls, and corrections.
- Handle employee payroll-related cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Tax, Benefits) to ensure proper case resolution.
