ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a law firm seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their litigation team. In this role, you'll support attorneys across the full lifecycle of legal cases — from pre-litigation through to default judgment — working in a collaborative team environment alongside attorneys, legal assistants, and multiple departments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare, review, and edit litigation documents in accordance with client and firm policies

Prepare and file legal filings with state and federal courts, and follow up accordingly

Request documentation from clients, courts, and vendors as needed

Communicate updates, modifications, and requests with collectors, managers, and attorneys

Accurately enter data into internal systems; maintain logs of filings and correspondence

Monitor and adhere to court-mandated changes and deadlines
