Responsibilities

• Market analysis
  • Identify markets with potential for Nordex Capital business plan.
  • Identify potential partners and/or customers.
  • Define the most suitable business model to operate in the market.
• Deal origination
  • Lead the interaction with the partner and/or customer.
  • Define the most suitable structure for the deal.
  • Develop the business plan.
• Deal request for approval
  • Put together deal approval documents (Gate 0 and Gate 1).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Additional training or specialization in Renewable Energy financing and M&A is highly valued.
• Seniority: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in origination, business development, or commercial roles.
