Position Overview
- Handle data entry for inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and returns.
- Update warehouse management systems (WMS) with stock transactions.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist in stock audits and cycle counts.
- Process and track purchase orders and customer shipments.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and customers regarding deliveries.
- Ensure shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists are correctly filed.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors, logistics teams, and procurement.
- Address issues related to missing or damaged stock.
Requirements - GCE N level and above or any relevant discipline
- Customer service oriented in a order processing environment
