▸    Design and deploy intelligent HCM workflows using Oracle AI Agentic Studio: autonomous agents for recruitment screening, onboarding orchestration, and talent advisory

▸    Leverage Oracle Generative AI Service to build context-aware HR assistants, smart nudges, and predictive analytics dashboards

▸    Integrate Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) with Fusion HCM for conversational AI interfaces: chatbots for employee self-service, manager actions, and approvals

▸    Configure AI-powered features: Skills Advisor, Career Development AI, Dynamic Skills, Workforce Predictions, and HCM Communicate

▸    Monitor agent performance and implement responsible AI guardrails within HR workflows
