**Main responsibilities:**

+ Perform hands-on configuration setup in Oracle HCM Cloud.
+ Provide day to day techno-functional support to Oracle HCM business partners.
+ Analyze and provide subject matter expertise related to application build and functionality of systems.
+ Analyze business process strength, weakness, inefficiencies, and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.
+ Responsible and accountable for new techno-functional design specifications, gathering requirements, updating configuration workbooks, as required based on the design.
+ Develop solutions using Oracle HCM functionalities as per business requirements.
+ Resolve issues and system defects faced by users. Provide end user support, communicate standard processes and best practices.
+ Responsible for working with Oracle on critical SRs and product enhancement requests.
