Compensation



₱140,000 basic salary

₱10,000 allowance



Qualifications (Strict)



Minimum 4–5 years experience as Senior Operations Manager in a BPO setting

Must have at least 4–5 years tenure in one company

Strong background in managing large-scale BPO operations (preferably healthcare account)

Proven experience handling multiple teams, client management, and SLA delivery

Strong exposure to KPIs, P&L, and stakeholder management

Willing to complete a case study assessment
