Position Overview Senior Operations Manager – Chemistry

Location: 6740 Campobello Rd, Mississauga, ON L5N 2L8, Canada (Permanent, Full‑time)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain systems that ensure proper methodologies are used in conformance to client requirements.

Administer corporate human‑resource programs relating to recruitment, retention, compensation, training, EEO, performance appraisal and record documentation.

Analyze and interpret data, guide corrective actions, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures before releasing results.
