Job Summary
This position is responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day to day operations / allocated contract sites and staff by providing the highest quality, compliant and professional security service to its customers that reflects well on the international Brand of G4S.
Main Accountabilities :
- Ensures that the service is provided in accordance with the Client service agreement/assignment instructions and in accordance with the agreed company policies, procedures and instructions; including ISO and IT systems such as Javelin, etc.
- Directly lead, manage / provide advice and guidance to / supervise / monitor to ensure that procedures and best practice are being followed at all times
- Daily liaison with Ops Director and or delegate as required. Keeps Ops Director immediately informed of all significant incidents / cases.
