Position Overview
- Conduct inspections at all assigned security checkpoints and any other areas as directed by superiors or management from time to time.
- Be responsible for the overall operations of security control services at the client’s premises. Develop strategies to address issues such as theft, loss, unauthorized vendors, and other unwanted incidents within the assigned area or client premises.
- Assist the Manager in administrative matters as well as in staff deployment and coordination.
- Ensure that all equipment and requirements at each post meet client expectations or as specified in the contract/tender.
- Understand and obtain work procedures and instructions from the Branch Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager for each project, and communicate or explain them to security personnel while ensuring full compliance at all times.
