Job Description

• Ideate and develop high-impact projects/initiatives to improve Shopee's fulfillment warehouse operations productivity and efficiency, leading to operational cost savings.
• Strategically create and implement detailed project execution plans, methodically addressing all operational challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement WMS-driven improvements, contributing to overall operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to execute projects, ensuring projects are meeting the intended objectives, completed timely and within allocated budget/resources.
• Health check Warehouse Operations team daily operational KPIs, flagging operational issues/risks, and develop temporary workarounds and long-term solutions to de-bottleneck challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, supply chain, or any related qualification.
