Overview

Robert Half is hiring a Senior Okta Engineer to take ownership of identity and access management capabilities across the organization. This role will focus on modernizing authentication methods, strengthening access controls, and shaping long-term IAM direction while working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.


What You’ll Do

+ Lead the rollout of passwordless authentication methods, including FIDO2/WebAuthn, biometrics, and device-based credentials

+ Develop adaptive authentication approaches that factor in user behavior, location, and risk signals

+ Help define and execute a forward-looking IAM strategy, including roadmap planning and ongoing program evolution

+ Implement oversight and monitoring of privileged access to reduce risk tied to elevated permissions
