Senior Officer Licensing

Responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of online licensing permits and NOC applications within the Licensing Division.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of online applications for various ADM services such as Marine craft and Vessels and other related services.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of uploaded information and documents.
• Identify and address any discrepancies or missing information within applications.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication regarding application status, requirements, and necessary actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
