A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist with a particular interest in equipment provision to join our friendly therapy team at Hammersmith Hospital on a fixed term contract basis. 

You will be based on our renal medicine wards where you will help lead the team seeing a variety of patients with chronic and end stage renal failure. You'll form an integral part of the multidisciplinary team, helping plan timely and safe discharges. In addition, we are looking to recruit an OT who has expertise with equipment prescription in order to assist our OTs across the Trust with problem solving complex equipment issues. Within this role, you will support the Band 8A OT equipment lead to continue to develop the interface between the different equipment providers and our prescribers.
