Roles & Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 network and security support in enterprise environments. Support incident resolution and ensure adherence to service level targets. Troubleshoot and manage firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and related security technologies. Participate in high-complexity network design and implementation activities. Own and manage specific network/security technology domains. Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer. Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and runbooks. Coordinate technical activities to meet operational and performance objectives.
Skills & Requirements
